When I began working with Marsha, my 
eating habits were poor overall. I ate at 
irregular times, didn’t drink enough water, and consumed excessive amounts of 
sugar and processed foods.
Marsha had me remove processed sugar from my 
diet and include multiple types of vegetables in my diet, making
it plant
-
based 
(but still meat
-
eating). She also helped me understand the benefits of meal 
planning, which is crucial for people with extreme schedules like me. This 
resulted in weight loss of 5 pounds and an overall better feeling. 


Since I’ve changed m
y eating habits, 
I sleep better, my digestion 
has improved 
(especially bowel movements), and my mood 
has improved.
Specifically, not
consuming sugar before bed
helped me wake
up feeling refreshed instead of 
hung over. My weight dropped, and my 
clothes fit 
better as a result. 
Several 
people 
have 
remarked on 
my mood shift and asked what’s changed for me. 
Some have been surprised at sugar being a culprit, while others have nodded 
knowingly.


Giving up sugar in the beginning was
 the
 big
gest
 challenge because I didn’t 
want to give it up! 
As time progressed, however, food began tasting better, and I 
could see the benefit
s in my sleep, digestion, and general mood.


I’ve told a few of my acquaintances to
consider working with you. 
Your process 
is very manageable for
anyone, even people who consider themselves to be “too 
busy to take care” of themselves.

What an amazing ride with the 21 Day Take Back Your Health Course journey. Marsha Lecour, thank you. I started out on a journey at the beginning of May to make sure that I would maintain the best health of my life and why was it important to me. 

On December 1, 2017 I had contracted diabetes which was devastating to me.  I needed to change my diet and exercise .I wanted to make sure that I maintain great health so as of May 2019, you helped me to maintain my health. I was maintaining a healthy diet. And I wanted to ensure that.

You taught me to make sure that I ate different vegetables that I was just not used to eating, I included more vegetables and protein in my diet. 

I have to thank you for making sure that I maintained my weight and the diet that I had. You made yourself my accountability partner.

Meditation was one of the most important parts that I did learn to maintain my health to the best of my ability.

I continue to exercise and eat well during this process with you as a true accountability partner. 

Everybody needs someone and a good program; also they need a good coach and a good mentor and someone who truly believes that men should Take Back Their Health and that person is Marsha Lecour. 

In closing I think we all need to make sure that someone keeps us accountable for what we do especially as men. We need to always take care of our health. We need to eat right and know what we are eating. We have to avoid processed food and bad junk food.

Working with Marsha Lecour helped me organize and finally prioritize my health. I was surprised to find it was easy to participate in Marsha's 21-day Take Back Your Health Program.

I wasn’t planning my meals and never was disciplined enough to track my food and water intake as well as my exercise regime. Additionally, because of the current Stay-At-Home order, I was limited in where I could go and was forced to plan my shopping trips better.

Towards the end of my time with Marsha, I downloaded an exercise tracker. My goal was time based, but I was surprised to find out how much ground I covered.

If a fabulous friend, family member or colleague said to me, “How did it go with Marsha Lecour? Should I reach out to her?”, I would say to him “Absolutely yes!”

I have never really meditated before. Marsha recommended two daily meditations, which I originally resisted, wondering when the recording was going to be over. But I made a commitment and completed the meditations. After the first week, I really enjoyed them, and found myself more relaxed and focused.

I would highly recommend working with Marsha for health and wellness!
